Our Three-Bedroom Residence is nestled within beautifully restored houses, adjoining our property through the charming Oyster Garden. Thoughtfully appointed, this residence features two king bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each with an en suite bathroom. A private furnished piazza offers a serene outdoor space to relax and unwind. Historic architectural details—including heart pine floors, soaring ceilings, and period millwork—imbue the space with timeless charm, while the bathrooms, elegantly finished with hand-laid marble and tile showers, marble countertops, and handcrafted armoires, provide understated sophistication.

Due to the historic nature of our 1804 buildings, which are part of the National Historic Registry, we do not have any Queen or King Rooms, Anson Suites, or Garden Suites that are ADA compliant. We do have a One Bedroom Residence, which is ADA-compliant, features a King Bed, is mobility accessible, and includes a roll-in shower. All entryways provide 32″ of clear width and for guests with hearing impairments, the room includes visual fire alarms.
