  • Do you offer valet parking?

    Yes, we offer valet parking for $29.00 a day with unlimited in and out privileges. 

  • Is there a restaurant in your hotel?

    Is there ever! We are home to Zero Restaurant + Bar, which is open Tuesdays through Sundays from 5 – 10 p.m.. We serve Contemporary American Cuisine, created by our Chef, Vinson Petrillo. The menu changes weekly. Reservations encouraged (don’t wait!).

  • What about a bar at your hotel?

    Certainly, we do have a bar in addition to our restaurant, and that bar happens to serve some of the best cocktails in Charleston. The bar is open nightly from 5 – 10 p.m.

  • How many rooms do you have?

    We have 16 rooms distributed throughout our property.

  • What is included with the guest rooms and stay?

    Every guest’s stay includes a complimentary European Continental Breakfast served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. daily, featuring house-made granola, fruits and berries, yogurts, breads and muffins from a local bakery, Callie’s Hot Biscuits, prosciutto, brie, salmon and cream cheese with crostini and more! Complimentary wine with a made-to-order cheese board from 5 p.m. -6 p.m. daily, as well as complimentary bicycle use and free Wi-Fi.

  • How close is Zero George to the heart of Downtown Charleston?

    Very. We are located at 0 George Street, which is an easy 15-minute walk to various centers of attraction, including King, Meeting and Market Streets. There’s history, shopping and amazing dining options all nearby.

  • Are you able to help me make arrangements for touring or dining, etc?

    Of course! We have 24-hour concierge service and staff eager to help.

  • Do you have in-room dining?

    Yes, we have an in-room dining menu available 24 hours a day.

  • Is there a Business Center?

    We do not have a Business Center, but if you would like to send us any documents that need to be printed, we would be more than happy to assist you with that!

  • Do you allow pets on property?

    To respect guests who may have pet allergies, we are pet-free hotel. We can help make arrangements at local kennels.

  • Do you allow smoking on property?

    We are a smoke-free property.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in begins at 4 p.m. and check-out is by 12 p.m.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require 10 days notice prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to avoid a penalty of 50% of stay or 1 night charge (whichever is greater) + tax.

  • Are there specific policies for group reservations? 

    Four or more reservations are considered a group and must be booked through our sales department. Groups are subject to the terms of a contract including cancellation policy and performance requirements. In the event that a group of rooms are booked as individual reservations, the hotel reserves the right to require the block of rooms to be subject to the terms and conditions of a contract.

  • Do you have a fitness center on property?

    Guests receive complimentary passes to Pivotal Fitness, a local gym and yoga studio that’s only a 5-minute walk from our property. We do not an onsite fitness studio.
