Recently distinguished by FOOD + WINE as offering one of the best new cooking classes in the world, the Zero George Cooking School offers guests an opportunity to learn how to create a range of traditional and contemporary dishes in a demonstration-style class. Guests watch the instructor prepare the food and enjoy tasting the dishes presented as a multi-course meal with wine pairings. Take notes as you watch our chef work and ask questions throughout the process to walk away able to recreate the menu at home.
Classes are led by Executive Chef Vinson Petrillo and Sous Chef Tyler Chavis. The classes focus on different recipes, techniques and styles. The unique instruction provides guests a wealth of knowledge, not only in preparation of the instructional recipes, but in other dishes and applications as well.
Enhancing the guest experience, an ongoing series of seasonal Create + Savor Packages have been created.
Cooking classes are two hours and take place in the Zero George professional display kitchen in the original circa 1804 Kitchen Carriage House, which features a signature Lacanche French enamel range. Please contact our concierge to see which chef is scheduled for your class.
